6063-T5 aerospace grade aluminum alloy with matte black and matte grey coatings as standard.
A50 supports double-layer laminated tempered glass (6+6/8+8/10+10), of which the 10+10 configuration has a horizontal load of 180KG/m (12% higher than A40) and vertical deflection ≤ L/150 (L is the span). The glass height can be customized up to 1200mm, and an anodized aluminum cap rail (section 40×20mm) is recommended on top to disperse the stress.
A50 bottom groove add LED integrated lighting system,Upper and lower U-channel embedded IP68 waterproof LED strip (power 6W/m, color temperature 3000K/4000K optional), luminous flux ≥ 500lm/m, support DMX512 intelligent dimming, suitable for night floodlighting or security warning scenes.
A50 On-floor All Glass Railing System is very easy on installation. Workers just need stand on inside of balcony to finish all installation. Which avoid huge cost of aerial work and scaffold work. Meanwhile, it brings protection and safety to your high standard buildings, A50 passes American stand ASTM E2358-17 and China Standard JG/T17-2012, horizontal impact load reaches up to 2040N per sqm without assistance of handrail tube. Compatible glass can be 12mm, 15mm tempered glass, 6+6, 8+8 and 10+10 laminated tempered glass.
A50 Adopt hexagonal socket expansion bolts (M10×100), 6 sets per linear meter, pull-out force ≥12kN/set (C30 concrete substrate). Suitable for a variety of substrates:
Concrete slab: pre-buried chemical anchor bolts, drilling depth ≥80mm
Steel structure: welded with threaded base (Q235B, thickness ≥8mm)
Wooden floor: penetrating fixing + additional steel plate on the back (anti-tear)
Seismic buffer design
Filled with EPDM adhesive tape (Shore hardness 70±5) between glass and U-shaped groove, with 3mm thermal expansion gap reserved at the groove, the system can withstand ±15mm interlayer displacement (meet GB 50011-2010 seismic code).
