A. On-floor All Glass Railing System:
On-floor glass railing system is the most widely used, you need to install the balustrade after the building is floored.
Advantage:

The advantages of this type of glass supporting system are almost the same as on-floor glass supporting system, what difference is that the adjustable glazing bracket is fixed by the bolts on the top. This is a key point that you can fix the glass supporting system inside the floor.
C. External All Glass Railing System:
Same as its name, external glass supporting system is fixed on the external/wall side, so you have to wait until the wall is tiled/decorated.
The advantages of this type of glass supporting system also are almost the same as on-floor glass supporting system, what difference is that the adjustable glazing bracket is a small piece, not integrated with the glass supporting system. And there's no LED bracket/conveyor. External glass supporting system can save space as well because it was installed to exterior wall.
